(4 Day Accredited Course)

  • Brain Gym® enhances learning by facilitating whole brain integration through specialized and refined Kinesiological movements

  • Methods to facilitate and enable learning to occur naturally and efficiently form the basis of the course

  • The course includes techniques to manage stress in oneself and or others

  • Participants in the course will receive valuable information to help those with learning challenges such as dyslexia, dyspraxia, ADHD, behavioural challenges, stress, clumsiness, memory

  • All 26 Brain Gym® movements, Repatterning and the 5-step process are taught

  • The course is suitable for teachers, classroom assistants, parents and others involved in education, performers, sports professionals and those involved in business

  • It is open to anyone interested in the efficient effect of brain - body performance

This includes one-year student membership of The Educational Kinesiology Foundation, course manual and the Teacher’s Guide to Brain Gym®.

sue peaceDyscalculia, dyslexia and dyspraxia are her main fields of expertise and she has researched the methods of “Moving and Learning” through the system of Brain Gym®. At present she is developing teaching methods to help students who are dyslexic, dyscalculic and dyspraxic, having completed a higher degree in this field at Bangor in 2006. Sue is an experienced teacher who has taught mathematics in Australia and U.K. at every Key Stage level, including GCSE and A Levels.

Sue works professionally as a teacher and Brain Gym® consultant dedicated to helping children and adults reach their learning potential. She is an accredited Brain Gym Instructor and holds the SpLDAPC (Specific Learning Difficulties Professional Associate Consultant) specialised teaching status from PATOSS (Professional Association of Teachers of Special Education) and the AMBDA (Associate Member of the British Dyslexia Association) from the British Dyslexia Association. Sue is also a Professional Member of the Kinesiology Federation and the Educational Kinesiology Foundation U.K.
